MEDIATION
A problem that you want to solve yourself, but with the help of a mediator instead of settling this dispute in front of the judge?
Mediation is the ideal way to resolve conflicts. We support the parties to find a solution to their differences. The parties will be able to express themselves and listen to each other in order to find a favorable outcome to their problems.

The mediator clarifies the conflict situation and to helps to settle and thus reach a concerted solution. As a mediator, I intervene in an independent, neutral and impartial manner.
Mediation sessions take place in a secure environment and in complete confidentiality.
The number of interviews depends on the contentious issues addressed and their complexity, but generally between 3 and 5 interviews are sufficient to resolve the problem.
